AGNC receives $100K Repurposing Energy Assets Grant

The Northwest Colorado Energy Initiative (NCEI), a division of the Rifle-based Associated Governments of Northwest Colorado (AGNC), announced Thursday that it has received a federal Capacity Building for Repurposing Energy Assets Grant.
