Mission

With Pitkin and Eagle County electeds, our flight toured this beautiful and remote plot of land to gain a big-picture understanding of how this parcel fits into the local ecosystem and community.

Three Meadows Ranch is a large parcel of land for sale near Missouri Heights. Nestled between neighborhoods to the west and sprawling National Forest land to the east, it is currently the largest contiguous parcel of land for sale in the Roaring Fork Valley, at 4,191 acres. If purchased for conservation as open space, this property and its lush meadows and healthy aspen and pine forests would continue to provide critical connective mid-elevation habitat for wildlife and other benefits for surrounding communities.
