EcoFlight’s commitment to DEI is shaped by a set of questions: 

• Are there additional perspectives that need to be included on flights? 
• What biases – conscious or subconscious – are influencing our interactions with passengers and partners? 
• How can we use our platform to fight inequities and cultural erasure, and uplift and amplify underrepresented perspectives? 
• Am I practicing humility, reflection, collaboration, and accountability?
